Parcelforce 经济包2016.12.1日起不再收取体积重量

收到ParcelForce(英国邮政快递)的非正式通知，从2016.12.1开始， Parcelforce Global Economy（Aka Global Direct)经济包将不再收取体积重量。

另外国际经济包取件服务(Third Party Collection)的起重也调整到8Kg.
